shortly after i arrived at this spot above the small tunnel that 54 travels through, this NFI truck backed out into the intersection. i have no idea what he was doing down that road since it does not go anywhere and is purely residential. my only guess is that he made a wrong turn. traffic had an extended wait till the driver backed up and got turned onto 54 westbound.
